Overview
Byakko is a -focused debuffer and reactive damage dealer who punishes enemy actions with counterattacks. His Skill Beasts Unleashing strikes three random targets to apply undispellable , while Energy Drain gives him a chance to retaliate after enemy skills.
Milestones
unlocks a 70% chance to counterattack when an enemy uses a skill, damaging the caster and inflicting undispellable .- triggers a retaliatory strike on fatal damage that attacks all enemies and dispels one buff from each, scaling in damage per dispelled buff.
causes his applications to permanently reduce the target's Final DMG RED. doubles this reduction rate and its cap.- adds an undispellable stack on all enemies when his fatal damage trigger activates.
