Overview
Hiei is an assist damage dealer who unleashes follow-up Basic Attacks when allies strike. His Secret Skill Passive accelerates team Skill Point generation while allied Basic Attacks replenish energy, and his Skill grants to mirror those basic hits up to 10 times per ally each turn. Stacking triggers an automatic critical Secret Skill hit against all enemies.
Milestones
