Overview
A full-field damage dealer with Trauma synergy and ally protection, Hiei inflicts to punish healing and detonate Trauma stacks. His Skill Black Dragon Flare strikes all enemies and triggers bonus casts when total enemy HP barely shifts or companions pile on Trauma. His Secret Skill removes debuffs and grants to Skill-type allies on its first cast.
Milestones
applies opening to enemies and adds True DMG following his Secret Skill that scales with target Trauma count.- generates Battle Will on Skill casts, targets a second enemy with the Secret Skill follow-up, and shares team ATK scaling from Annihilation Stat.
