Hokushin is a debuffer and control specialist who amplifies damage taken by front-row targets through Vulnerable while threatening Paralysis. His Skill Spiritual Light Attack strikes the front row to apply two stacks of Vulnerable. With unlocked, he blankets all enemies in Vulnerable at the start of battle and improves his Paralysis application chance based on their stacks.
