Kibano — Yu Yu Hakusho: Slugfest

Kibano is a self-sustaining frontline brawler who drains enemy health to stay alive. Big Arm Bomber strikes a single target to steal health based on their max HP, capped by his own. His passive Power Intensification lets him cast that skill a second time when his health drops below half.

Minimum viability: . Unlocking the bonus skill cast establishes his self-healing rotation under frontline pressure. Earlier investment lacks the double-cast trigger needed to recover reliably when low. Later investment removes his basic attack self-drain and loosens the health threshold for bonus casts.
