Overview
Kiyoshi Mitarai is a tank providing crowd control and team shielding. His skill Seaman strikes an enemy column and grants himself a based on his Max HP. Through Shared Blessings, losing that barrier drains Skill Points from all enemies, while his awakening abilities deploy protective front-row shields and delayed effects.
Milestones
reduces all enemies' Skill Points whenever his own shield expires or breaks; 
doubles that drain.- inflicts on a random enemy at battle start, dealing damage and applying after 2 turns before jumping to another enemy.
