Overview
Rinpai is a single-target healer with debuff cleansing. His skill Spirit World Secret Technique - Heal restores HP to the ally with the lowest current HP and dispels one debuff from that target.
Milestones
increases skill healing when the target is below 60% HP.- triggers bonus healing on the lowest-HP ally after his Basic Attack;
adds an extra heal instance and Crit Rate during healing. - adds a 2-turn Skill Point restoration rate buff to his skill targets; doubles the buff value.
